Kompleks CITY GARDEN sadrži 41 stan. Predviđeno je da svaki stan posjeduje jedno parking mjesto ili garažu u sklopu objekta ili parcele. Stanovi u kompleksu su površine od 40 m2 do najvećeg od 170 m2, koji su zbog nagiba terena raspoređeni na četiri suterena, prizemlja i dva sprata. Posebna pažnja posvećena je panoramskoj terasi na vrhu zgradu, te eko-ambijentu.

Lokacija

Predviđena lokacija za stambeni objekat CITY GARDEN je u zoni Čobanija a ispod tranzitne saobraćajnice, u ulici Put Mladih Muslimana. Površina stanova kreće se od 40 m2 do najvećeg od 170 m2, raspoređenih na nekoliko spratova. Zbog nagiba terena predviđenog za gradnju, predviđena je 4S+P+2 spratnost kompleksa.

Visina objekta sa ogradom terase iznosi 10,80 metara iznad kote terena, odnosno nadmorske visine NV597 metara, što predstavlja i kotu saobraćajnice u zoni kompleksa. Ulaz u dvorište kompleksa je u sredini lokacije.

Pješački pristup objektu je iz zone mostova Drvenija i Čobanija, a saobraćaj vozilima i pristup objektu je sa ulice Put Mladih Muslimana.

CITY GARDEN residential building consists of 41 apartments. Each apartment is supposed to have one parking lot reserved either inside the building or on the parcel. The apartments’ size varies from 40 m2 to the largest of 170 m2 which are due to slops located on the four subterranean areas, ground floor and two floors. Special attention has been paid to the panoramic terrace at the top of the building and eco-friendly ambience.

Location

The location for residential apartments CITY GARDEN is along the transit road, Put Mladih Muslimana Street in the neighbourhood called Čobanija. The apartments’ size varies from 40 m2 to 170 m2 located on several floors. Due to slops of the terrain the building features 4F+G+2 floors.

The height of this building with the fence of the terrace is 10.80 m above the level of the terrain, i.e. referent level is sea level of NV597 m, which represents also the level of the road near building. The entrance to the courtyard of the building is in the centre of location.

The pedestrian access to the building is enabled from the area of Drvenija and Čobanija bridges; the building can be accessed with a vehicle through the Put Mladih Muslimana Street.
